Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you use our website, including:

Quote requests. When you submit a request for a quote, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name (if applicable), and any project details you provide, such as box dimensions, quantities, materials, and design files.

Contact forms. When you contact us through a form on our site, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, and message.

Design files and artwork. If you upload a logo, artwork, or design file as part of a quote or order, we store that file in order to prepare your design proof and production files.

Automatically collected information. Like most websites, our server and analytics tools automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring website, generally through cookies and similar technologies.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Prepare and send you accurate quotes and design proofs; communicate with you about your project, order status, and any questions you have; process and fulfill orders once a quote is accepted; improve our website, products, and customer service; and send you occasional updates about our services, if you’ve agreed to receive them. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

How We Share Information

We share information only as necessary to operate our business: with staff and contractors who prepare your design proofs and production files; with shipping carriers, to deliver completed orders; with service providers who help us operate our website, such as hosting and email delivery services; and when required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request. Any third party we share information with is only permitted to use it to provide the service we’ve engaged them for.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to remember your preferences, understand how visitors use our site, and improve your browsing experience. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent, though some parts of the site may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

Data Retention

We keep quote requests, order records, and related design files for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill orders, respond to inquiries, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you’d like us to delete information we hold about you, contact us and we’ll do so unless we’re required to keep it for legal reasons.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. To make a request, email us at info@thehalfpriceboxes.com and we’ll respond as required by applicable law.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for business use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
